PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your private cruise reservation, a 300€ non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 10 days prior to the scheduled departure.
* For reservations made within 10 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Terms
- More than 10 days before departure: The 300€ deposit remains non-refundable.
- From 10 days until 24 hours before departure: The first 800€ paid is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 800€ will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before departure or in case of no-show: The first 1,000€ paid is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 1,000€ will be refunded.
