Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through SeaRhodes.com. By making a reservation through our website or any of our sales channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Reservations
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- payment of the required deposit or full amount (depending on the selected service), and
- receipt of a written booking confirmation from Sea Rhodes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Sea Rhodes reserves the right to modify prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment may be made by:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Secure Online Payment Link
- Bank Transfer
- Other approved payment methods
Private cruises generally require a deposit to secure the booking.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment instructions provided in the booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Shared Cruises
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
Private Cruises
- Free cancellation up to 10 days before the scheduled departure.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of departure may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.
6. Weather Conditions
Guest safety is always our highest priority.
Sea Rhodes reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any excursion due to:
- adverse weather,
- strong winds,
- unsafe sea conditions,
- technical issues,
- instructions from Port Authorities,
- or any other circumstance beyond our control.
In such cases customers will be offered either:
- an alternative departure date,
- an alternative cruise,
- or a full refund where applicable.
7. Arrival Time
Guests should arrive at the meeting point at least:
- 15 minutes before departure for shared cruises.
- 20–30 minutes before departure for private charters (unless otherwise instructed).
Late arrivals may result in missed departures without refund.
8. Safety
The Captain has absolute authority regarding:
- navigation,
- passenger safety,
- itinerary adjustments,
- swimming stops,
- alcohol consumption,
- weather decisions.
All passengers must follow crew instructions throughout the excursion.
Sea Rhodes reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate participation if a guest:
- behaves aggressively,
- is excessively intoxicated,
- endangers other passengers,
- fails to follow safety instructions.
No refund will be issued in these cases.
9. Health & Medical Conditions
Guests should inform us before departure of:
- pregnancy,
- mobility limitations,
- heart conditions,
- serious medical issues,
- food allergies,
- or any condition that may affect participation.
Participation is at the guest’s own responsibility.
10. Children
Children must always be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Life jackets are available and must be worn whenever instructed by the crew.
11. Swimming Activities
Swimming and snorkeling are optional activities.
Guests participate entirely at their own risk.
Sea Rhodes cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow crew instructions.
12. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Sea Rhodes accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
We recommend avoiding bringing valuables whenever possible.
13. Alcohol Consumption
The Captain reserves the right to limit or refuse alcohol service if necessary for safety reasons.
14. Photography & Marketing
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during excursions for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in marketing material, please inform a member of the crew before departure.
15. Liability
Sea Rhodes shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- weather,
- government restrictions,
- port authority decisions,
- strikes,
- force majeure,
- technical failures.
16. Force Majeure
Sea Rhodes shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, governmental actions, or similar events.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (including GDPR where applicable).
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Rhodes, Greece.
